UNDER RTI,  46 LETTERS WRITTEN TO THE UTTRAKHAND GOVT. TO  SSP OFFICE, POLICE HQ, SECRETARIAT ,DM OFFICE ( 9 TIMES), CHIEF SECRETARY OFFICE ,CM OFFICE (7 TIMES) BUT THERE WAS NO ACTION TAKEN SO FAR. SIT TOLD POLICE CAN FILE FIR ON ITS OWN INITIATIVE, POLICE TELLING THEY CAN DO ON THE RECOMMENDATION OF SIT(DISBANDED NOW).

This is request to the Govt. authorities to immediately get this examined and bring to book the corrupt persons behind this fraud. This is done by someone from the Registration Dept. 2 pages of Registered Will is replaced. Any expert can notice the changes done in the Registered Will.

NIC Guidelines

There is National Informatics Center Guidelines for the protection and preservation of the Registered Documents related to Property and other important documents.  The National Informatics Centre is an Indian government department under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology. The NIC is central to facilitating electronic delivery of services to citizens, enhancing efficiency, transparency, and accountability in governance. Requested under RTI the NIC guidelines from DM, Dehradun in October 2025, reply still awaited.
