AN HONEST DEDICATED SCIENTIST WORKING WITH DEAL, DRDO, DEHRADUN WHO WAS SENT TO ANTARTICA FOR 15 MONTHS EXPEDITION BY GOVT. OF INDIA , HIS ENTIRE LIFE’S SAVING AND HOUSE GOT ROBBED BY DOCUMENT FORGERY DONE BY HIS STEP SISTERS WITH HELP FROM REGISTRATION DEPT. DEHRADUN. ENTIRE ADMINISTRATION OF UTTRAKHAND KNOWS FRAUD HAS BEEN DONE BUT THEY DONT WANT TO CATCH THE CULPRIT. 15 MONTH PASSED COMPLAINING AND ACTION IS STILL AWAITED. REQUESTING THEM TO JUST GET THE DOCUMENTS INVESTIGATED AND THE SCANNED COPIES VERIFIED, 2 PAGES ARE REMOVED.
Tampering of Registered Will
A Registered Will made in 2015 is getting tampered with the help of somone internally from Registration Dept. Dehradun. 2 pages are replaced between July 2024 and December 2024. How easy it is for a Corrupt Govt. employee to replace 2 pages of a Registered WIll for some money and upload it in the system, so many complains made to all the concerned authorities but nobody want to get this checked how porous the system has become.
Step sisters involved behind this.
Total 3 step sisters, one expried in 2024 , the balance 2 step sisters got this forgery done and gave Power of Attorney to the house maid to sell the house. One of this sisters husband is Retd. DIG from CRPF. These people blocked all neighbour nos. and vanished. WHO GIVES POWER OF ATTORNEY TO HOUSE MAID TO SELL THE HOUSE ? POA attached on this website.
House sold in December 2024.
The house maid sells the house on behalf of the step sisters.Without informing any neighbours or relatives these people disappears after selling the house. This house sold to 1st person who sold it to another person, he demolished the house and encroached the adjacent Forest/ Govt. Land of 300 sq.meters.Complain made to respective authorities about this too but again it gets negelected.
WHY THIS IS A FRAUD ?
Power of Attorney Given to the House Maid to sell the house.
House maid is shown resident of the given house.
In one of the Nagar Nigam Affidavit they have shown the sister as wife.
In this period of 9 years, they did not show the Original Will copy to anyone.
The last Step Sister who was bedridden and paralytic expired on 01-05-24, her Tervi done by these 2 steps sisters within 6 months and they got this Registered Will changed will help of someone from Registry Dept. Dehradun between July 2024 -Dec 2024. In the Tervi all relatives were present and in normal course, anyone will reveal the future course of action.
Without informing anyone they sold the House in December 2024 and vanished.
This is the Registered Will where page no. 3 & 4 are replaced by someone internally from the Registration Department Dehradun between July 2024 – December 2024.
About Administration
Complains made to various Govt. authorities since Dec 2024 to SSP office, Raipur Police thana, DM office, SIT office , CO Police Bhawan but there is no system in place to address this type of corruption. SIT tells Police can file FIR on own initiative, Police Dept. says on SIT's recommendation they can file FIR.
TWICE WENT TO SIT OFFICE FORMED DURING VIRMANI SCAM AND TOLD THEM ABOUT THIS DOCUMENT FORGERY, THEY COULD HAVE EASILY CHECKED THE SCANNED DOCUMENTS AND CAUGHT THE CULPRIT WITHIN THE REGISTRATION DEPT. THEY NEGLECTED. ALSO REQUESTED THE AUTHORITY ABOUT THE NIC (NATIONAL INFORMATICS GUIDELINES) REGISTRATION OFFICE IS FOLLOWING TO PROTECT THE DOCUMENTS FROM TAMPERING / FORGERY, IT HAS BEEN 5 MONTHS AND THEY HAVE YET NOT REPLIED.
HOW DID VIRMANI CASE HAPPENED ? REGISTRATION DEPARTMENT WAS INVOLVED IN THIS SCAM, SAME THING HAPPENED HERE ALSO , 2 PAGES OF REGISTERED WILL WERE REPLACED.
Help needed -
Kindly understand one thing, this type of corruption is destroying the State where a corrupt person from Registry Dept. for some money replaces 2 pages from a Registered Will. This can happen with anyone tomorrow. Entire adminstration knows this is a fraud done but nobody is interested to catch the culprit. THERE IS NO NIC (NATIONAL INFORMATICS CENTER) GUIDELINES FOLLOWED BY THE DEPARTMENT, NIC GUIDELINES ARE FOR SAFEGUARDING AND PROTECT THE REGISTERED DOCUMENTS.
